Membership means you support K’aayxada Adventure Camp Society and what we do. In our Constitution the purposes of the society are to "...provide the infrastructure that allows the promotion of outdoor education and recreation in a safe, comfortable, and affordable environment on Haida Gwaii [and] to direct the operations of the K'aayxada Adventure Camp”, but it encompasses much more than that. We are a community-led group of people who practice yahguudangang and Haida cultural values. Youth are the central priority in all that the society does. The society upholds these beliefs and functions as the mechanism from which a healthy learning environment is rooted. By becoming a member you show the society that you value the work that we do.
